01The short version

rNexa is a desktop AI workspace. Local projects and saved threads are stored on your computer by default. When you ask an AI provider, use a connected service, or work on a remote server, the information needed for that action leaves your device.

We use account, licensing and service information to operate rNexa. We do not sell or rent your personal data.

02Your workspace and credentials

Local project files, saved chats and thread history live on your device. Removing a project from the workspace list does not delete its source files. Closing a chat panel does not necessarily delete its saved history.

Provider credentials are managed through your provider tools or local credential storage. Secrets saved in rNexa are encrypted on your device. They are not part of project sync; a service may receive the credentials it needs when you choose to use it.

03When information leaves your device

AI requests can include your messages, relevant conversation history, files, attachments and tool results. Screen or browser content may be included when you enable those capabilities. Your selected provider processes that information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Plugins, browser actions, remote workspaces and any sync or sharing features you choose send relevant data to the destination involved. A remote workspace runs on that server. Local storage does not mean every action happens offline.

04Account, license and service data

• Account details: your email and profile information. If you choose Google sign-in, this can include your name and profile picture.
• License and purchase records: trial or license status, payment references, and device identifiers and names used to activate and manage your license.
• Service records: requests to our website, sign-in, licensing and update services may generate technical records such as IP addresses, request times, errors and app version information.
• What you submit: messages to support, feedback, bug reports and attachments you send us. Review what you include before submitting sensitive content.

05How we use that information

We use it to sign you in, activate and manage licenses, process purchases, deliver updates and account emails, respond to support requests, fix problems and protect the service from abuse.

Public reviews are different from private support messages: your chosen nickname, review text and the details shown with the review are visible to visitors.

06Services involved

Payment services such as Stripe and PayPal process purchases. Resend delivers service emails. Hosting and security providers, including Cloudflare, help serve and protect the website. Google is involved if you choose Google sign-in. These services process information needed for their role under their own policies.

Your chosen AI providers and connected tools also process the requests you send them. Their retention and data-use settings are separate from rNexa. Services may process information in countries other than your own.

07Cookies and browser storage

We use cookies or browser storage for sign-in, session security and preferences such as your theme. Infrastructure and payment providers may also use storage or security checks needed to operate their services. Pages can load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the requests needed to serve them.

You can clear site data in your browser; doing so may sign you out or reset preferences. rNexa does not use your personal data for advertising or tracking you across other sites.

08Retention and your choices

We retain information for the purposes described here, including account operation, support, security and necessary payment records. Account deletion does not mean every transaction record or backup disappears immediately; information may need to be retained for legal obligations or resolving disputes.

Email [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of information we hold. We may need to verify the request. Applicable privacy rights depend on where you live.

You control local files and saved threads on your device. Deleting your rNexa account does not erase local files or information already processed by an AI provider or another connected service. Those services have their own deletion controls.
